As of December 31, 2014, all CGDP related material has been moved from the CSSC website (www.csscoperations.com) and placed on the TPA website (www.tpadministrator.com).  

Sponsors will now access their Coverage Gap Discount Program Mailbox from www.tpadministrator.com – Quarterly Invoices- Access CGDP Mailbox.
